In this pivotal role, you will lead the supervision of payment systems, driving the nation's e-payment evolution and ensuring the stability of our financial ecosystem. As a Deputy/ Assistant Director, you will work closely with industry stakeholders, develop robust regulatory frameworks, and safeguard the integrity of digital payment transactions.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the supervision of payment systems and schemes to ensure financial stability and integrity.
- Formulate and implement policies and regulations to promote the safe and efficient evolution of e-payments.
- Analyze emerging trends in fintech and digital banking to proactively address regulatory challenges.
- Engage with industry stakeholders, including banks and fintech companies, to gather insights and provide guidance.
- Conduct in-depth risk assessments and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
- Prepare high-level reports and presentations for senior management and the public.
- Manage a team of supervisors and analysts, providing mentorship and professional development.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economics, Banking, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- At least 10 years of relevant experience in banking supervision, payments, or financial regulation.
- Proven track record in leading policy formulation and regulatory project management.
- Strong understanding of payment systems, electronic money, and digital financial infrastructure.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate complex regulatory requirements.
- Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIB) or equivalent professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
