Join Cornerstone Global Partners as a Deputy/Assistant Manager, Contracts specializing in Transport & E&M sectors for government projects. This critical role involves managing the full lifecycle of tenders and contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and evaluating bids to identify the most qualified vendors.
You will be responsible for contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms to protect the organization's interests while maintaining positive stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes, risk management, and contract law as they relate to government transportation infrastructure projects.

- Manage the full tender and contract lifecycle for government transport and E&M projects
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
- Evaluate and analyze vendor bids to identify the most qualified and cost-effective solutions
- Handle contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms
- Monitor contract performance and manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks to protect the organization's interests
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in contract management, preferably in government or transport sector
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, contract law, and risk management
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills with attention to detail
- Experience evaluating bids and managing contracts in transport or E&M projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management
- Certification in contract management or related field is a plus
