Tanggung Jawab
- Strengthen rapport with IUTA distribution channels to enhance market presence
- Actively participate in regional sales review meetings and contribute strategic insights
- Collaborate with branch managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth
- Provide guidance and support to sales team members to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or financial services industry
- Proven track record in managing relationships with distribution channels
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of Islamic financial products and IUTA is highly desirable
- Proficiency in MS Office and sales management software
