Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the technical team responsible for mechanical and electrical systems.
- Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize system efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards (K3) and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with other departments to support project execution and operational needs.
- Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance technical skills and capabilities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in mechanical and electrical systems management.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards (K3) and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in team management.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Certification in mechanical or electrical engineering is a plus.
