Join Colliers as a Deputy Chief MEP and lead critical infrastructure operations in Jakarta's dynamic commercial landscape. This pivotal role involves supervising and directing vendors, contractors, and technicians to ensure seamless day-to-day operations, service delivery, and maintenance of all Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems. You'll be responsible for optimizing facility performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and implementing best-in-class maintenance protocols across high-value properties. Your technical leadership will drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on schedule. This position offers an opportunity to shape MEP strategies in a global real estate leader's Indonesian operations.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and direct vendors, contractors, and technicians in daily MEP operations and maintenance activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and project specifications
- Oversee preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely execution of MEP installations and retrofits
- Monitor operational performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and contract performance for MEP services
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues affecting building systems
- Prepare operational reports and maintenance documentation for stakeholder review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering
- Minimum 8 years of MEP operations experience with 3+ years in supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and MEP system standards
- Proven experience managing vendor contracts and technical teams
- Certification in MEP project management or facility maintenance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in maintenance management software (e.g., CMMS)
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex system failures
- Strong leadership and cross-functional communication abilities
