Join Quest International University as the Deputy Dean for the Faculty of Computing & Engineering and play a pivotal role in shaping academic excellence. This senior leadership position requires you to support the Dean in ensuring academic quality, accreditation compliance, and continuous improvement across the faculty. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development and implementation of academic quality assurance frameworks and processes
- Oversee faculty compliance with accreditation requirements from national and international bodies
- Coordinate curriculum development and review to ensure relevance to industry needs
- Monitor and enhance student learning outcomes through assessment and feedback mechanisms
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement across academic programs
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards
- Manage faculty development programs to enhance teaching quality and research capabilities
- Represent the faculty in university committees and external forums
Kualifikasi
- PhD in Computing, Engineering, or a closely related field
- At least 10 years of academic experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience with quality assurance processes and accreditation requirements
- Strong understanding of higher education systems and quality frameworks
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Experience in curriculum development and academic program management
- Knowledge of current trends in computing and engineering education
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
