Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate design teams for MRT and tunnel projects, ensuring technical excellence and compliance with industry standards
- Manage tender documentation and design submissions, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications for civil structures
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, structural engineers, and contractors
- Address technical issues and provide solutions during design and construction phases
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and environmental considerations
- Monitor project progress and design quality, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Mentor junior engineers and design staff, fostering professional development
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in civil design management, with specific focus on MRT and tunnel projects
- Proven experience working with A1 main contractors in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building codes, regulations, and industry standards
- Experience in managing tender processes and design documentation
- Excellent technical problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Proficiency in relevant design software and BIM technologies
