Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the competitiveness and growth of Singapore's banking sector.
- Engage and build strong relationships with C-suite executives from leading global and local financial institutions.
- Monitor and analyze emerging global banking trends, regulatory shifts, and technological advancements.
- Formulate policy recommendations and operational frameworks to foster a conducive environment for banking innovation.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external government agencies to streamline banking development projects.
- Lead discussions and workshops to solicit industry feedback on sector-wide growth policies.
- Prepare high-level briefing materials, policy papers, and presentations for senior management and ministerial review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in the banking sector, financial regulation, or consultancy.
- Deep understanding of the Singaporean and regional banking landscape and regulatory requirements.
- Proven track record in stakeholder management, particularly in navigating complex multi-agency environments.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers.
- Experience in policy development or large-scale project management within the public or financial sector is highly preferred.
