- Oversee and optimize bullion vaulting operations, ensuring maximum security and efficiency
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk management strategies for bullion storage

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on security initiatives
- Conduct regular audits and assessments of vault security systems
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in bullion security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Security Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in security management, with 5+ years in bullion or high-value asset security
- Proven track record in developing and implementing security protocols and risk management strategies
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams in high-security environments
- Deep understanding of bullion operations, vault security systems, and industry standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in security management or risk assessment is advantageous
- Experience working in financial institutions or regulatory bodies is preferred
