You will navigate complex commercialization pathways, providing strategic guidance to spin-off companies and ensuring they have the foundations required for global scale. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the identification and evaluation of high-potential research outcomes for venture creation.
- Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for deep tech spin-offs.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of startup opportunities derived from A*STAR’s research portfolio.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to secure funding, partnerships, and executive talent for nascent ventures.
- Provide operational support and strategic mentorship to founding teams during the incubation phase.
- Establish clear performance metrics to track the growth, commercial traction, and investment readiness of portfolio companies.
- Represent A*STAR in international innovation networks to facilitate technology adoption and market access.
Kualifikasi
- Master’s degree or PhD in a relevant scientific, engineering, or business field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in venture building, technology transfer, or senior business development.
- Deep understanding of the Singapore and global deep tech venture ecosystem.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex commercial projects.
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in startup valuation, fundraising, and cap table management.
- Exceptional networking skills with an existing network of VCs, angel investors, and industry leaders.
- Ability to bridge technical concepts with commercial narratives to secure stakeholder buy-in.
