Join Damin International as a Deputy Factory Manager in the heart of Pulau Indah, Selangor. We are seeking a strategic partner to the Factory Manager who can drive operational excellence and bridge communication gaps with our global teams. As a key leader in our food manufacturing facility, you will oversee daily operations, ensure strict adherence to food safety standards, and optimize production efficiency. This role requires excellent Mandarin proficiency to facilitate seamless collaboration with regional stakeholders. You will manage the workforce, implement lean manufacturing principles, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to ensure product quality meets international standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily factory operations and production schedules to meet targets.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety regulations, HACCP, and GMP standards.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate logistics for raw materials and finished goods.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of production staff to ensure high performance.
- Implement lean manufacturing strategies to improve operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Liaise with global headquarters to communicate operational updates and requirements in Mandarin.
- Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and quality control checks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in food manufacturing management, preferably in a multinational environment.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and written).
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems.
- Proven track record in team leadership, performance management, and conflict resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Valid certificate in Occupational Safety and Health (OSHA) is an advantage.
