Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all operational aspects of the industrial water/wastewater division
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives and growth targets
- Lead and manage a multidisciplinary team of technical and administrative professionals
- Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental regulations and industry standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management and board members
- Manage budget allocation and expenditure for the division
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial water/wastewater solutions sector
- Proven track record in leadership and senior management positions
- Extensive knowledge of water treatment technologies, processes, and equipment
- Experience working with public-listed companies and corporate governance
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with all stakeholder levels
- Familiarity with Malaysian environmental regulations and compliance requirements
