Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the Head of Maintenance in developing and implementing comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for all company assets.
- Supervise and mentor technical teams to ensure high standards of work quality and strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Manage relationships with external contractors and vendors to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of services.
- Monitor facility performance metrics and prepare detailed reports for senior management regarding maintenance costs and operational uptime.
- Lead emergency repair responses and troubleshoot complex technical issues across various store locations.
- Ensure full compliance with local building codes, fire safety regulations, and environmental standards.
- Oversee the inventory management of spare parts and critical maintenance equipment to minimize operational downtime.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and systems through data-driven analysis.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in retail, manufacturing, or commercial property management.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing technical teams and diverse workforces.
- Deep knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems and building automation.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage budgets and optimize maintenance expenditures.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-moving environment.
