Yayasan Pendidikan Kader Bangsa Indonesia is seeking a visionary Deputy Head of School for Students' Well-being to join our team at SMA Kemala Taruna Bhayangkara in Gunung Sindur.
In this pivotal role, you will serve as a cornerstone of student welfare, overseeing pastoral care, disciplinary frameworks, and mental health initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with faculty, parents, and external stakeholders to implement comprehensive strategies that promote student development and emotional intelligence. We are looking for an empathetic leader who can transform school culture into an inclusive space where every student feels valued and empowered to reach their academic and personal potential.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement school-wide strategies to improve student welfare, emotional well-being, and positive behavior.
- Lead and mentor the counseling and student affairs department to ensure high standards of pastoral care.
- Establish clear, restorative disciplinary procedures that align with the school's vision of a safe learning environment.
- Collaborate with academic leadership to integrate well-being initiatives into the daily school curriculum.
- Manage complex student-related incidents with empathy, confidentiality, and professional judgment.
- Organize workshops and seminars for students, faculty, and parents regarding mental health awareness and bullying prevention.
- Monitor and analyze student engagement data to identify trends and implement preventative support measures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Educational Leadership, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in an educational setting, with a proven track record in student counseling or school administration.
- Deep understanding of student developmental psychology and modern safeguarding practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, mediation, and crisis management skills.
- Strong command of both English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
- Commitment to the vision and values of SMA Kemala Taruna Bhayangkara.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster a collaborative school community.
