Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily microbiology laboratory operations ensuring regulatory compliance (ISO/GMP standards)
- Supervise and mentor technical staff while maintaining quality control protocols
- Oversee end-to-end sample processing, testing, and result documentation
- Implement and maintain laboratory safety procedures and risk management systems
- Coordinate equipment calibration, maintenance, and inventory management
- Develop SOPs and ensure adherence to quality assurance frameworks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless workflow integration
- Prepare regulatory documentation and support internal/external audits
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Microbiology, Biology, or related life science field
- Minimum 5 years' microbiology laboratory experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Proven expertise in regulatory compliance (ISO 17025, GMP, CAP)
- Strong knowledge of microbiological techniques and instrumentation
- Certification in Laboratory Quality Management Systems (LQMS) preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and team management abilities
- Experience with laboratory information management systems (LIMS)
