Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement strategic after-sales plans to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Oversee the execution and monitoring of departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Manage the annual and quarterly budget planning processes for the after-sales division.
- Lead and facilitate PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycles to ensure continuous improvement in service delivery.
- Analyze business performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management regarding strategic performance.
- Collaborate with internal departments to streamline supply chain and logistics processes for after-sales support.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in after-sales strategy, business planning, or operations management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and performance monitoring frameworks (PDCA, Six Sigma, or similar).
- Strong financial acumen, particularly in budget management and cost-benefit analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing or logistics environment.
