Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain enterprise backup systems (Veeam, Commvault) and storage infrastructure (SAN/NAS)
- Develop and execute disaster recovery/business continuity plans with RPO/RTO optimization
- Lead data resilience initiatives including ransomware protection and encryption strategies
- Monitor storage performance, capacity planning, and cost optimization across hybrid environments
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for system migrations, upgrades, and compliance audits
- Conduct regular DR testing and incident response simulations
- Research and evaluate emerging storage technologies (cloud, hyper-converged)
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
- 5+ years experience in backup/storage administration with enterprise environments
- Expertise in data resilience frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001)
- Strong certifications: VCP, Veeam Certified Engineer, or CCIE Storage
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) for automation
- Experience with VMware/Hyper-V virtualization and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven project leadership in IT infrastructure modernization
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
