Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee planning, design, and execution of engineering projects
- Manage and mentor a team of engineers and technical staff
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols
- Coordinate with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Review and approve engineering designs, specifications, and drawings
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines
- Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges
- Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies and practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of engineering experience
- Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools
- Experience in project management and budgeting
- Professional certification in engineering is preferred
