Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing and implementing financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial aspects of business initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CPA, CA, ACCA) preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a multinational corporation or large conglomerate preferred
