PSA Marine is seeking a dedicated and experienced Deputy/Manager (Fleet QHSSE) to champion our quality, health, safety, security, and environmental initiatives across our fleet operations. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead programs that align with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company policies, ensuring that our maritime activities are conducted with the highest standards of safety and compliance.
As a key member of the Fleet team, you will develop, implement, and monitor QHSSE strategies to mitigate risks, prevent incidents, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Your leadership will drive the achievement of safety targets and promote environmental stewardship, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to uphold regulatory requirements.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement Fleet QHSSE policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with WSH regulations and international standards.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to identify hazards and ensure effective control measures.
- Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions to prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate and deliver QHSSE training and awareness programs for crew and shore personnel.
- Monitor and report QHSSE performance metrics, including safety statistics and environmental impact.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and represent the company in external audits and inspections.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety culture and operational excellence.
- Manage emergency response preparedness and conduct drills to ensure readiness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maritime Studies, Occupational Health and Safety, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in QHSSE management, preferably in the maritime or shipping industry.
- Certification in Workplace Safety and Health (e.g., WSH Officer, NEBOSH, or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of WSH regulations, maritime legislation, and international conventions (e.g., SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigations, and audits.
- Experience in developing and delivering safety training programs.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
