- Develop and execute commercial strategies to maximize market penetration and revenue growth
- Lead contract negotiations and manage stakeholder relationships with key industry partners
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify business opportunities
- Oversee commercial operations and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards
- Drive digital transformation initiatives within commercial functions to enhance efficiency
- Lead and mentor commercial teams to achieve KPIs and performance targets
- Collaborate with engineering, finance, and operations teams to integrate commercial objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of commercial management experience in mining, resources & energy sector
- Proven track record in contract negotiation, stakeholder management, and commercial strategy
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret market data and financial metrics
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizational structures
- Deep understanding of Singapore's energy landscape and regulatory frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin
