Tuntun Sekuritas Indonesia is seeking a dynamic and strategic Deputy Manager of Investor Forum (Mandarin Speaker) to lead our investor engagement initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be the bridge between our corporate communications and our Mandarin-speaking investor community. You will leverage your expertise in news, community management, and journalism to foster a vibrant investor forum. This is a full-time opportunity for a professional who is passionate about the stock market and possesses exceptional linguistic skills to translate complex financial narratives into accessible content.
As the Deputy Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the investor forum, curating high-quality news content and facilitating meaningful discussions. Your ability to engage with the community and report on market trends will be crucial in building trust and transparency. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the operations of the Investor Forum community, ensuring high levels of engagement and professional discourse.
- Translate and interpret financial news, market reports, and corporate announcements from English/Indonesian to Mandarin to keep the community informed.
- Curate and produce daily news content related to the stock market, ensuring accuracy and relevance for the audience.
- Organize and moderate virtual and physical investor events, webinars, and town hall meetings.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking investors, addressing inquiries and gathering feedback.
- Analyze community sentiment and report on investor trends to the senior management team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Journalism, or Communications.
- Fluent in Mandarin (Native or near-native proficiency) and excellent command of Indonesian/English.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Financial Journalism, or Community Management within the banking and securities sector.
- Strong understanding of stock market dynamics, financial terminology, and news cycles.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders.
- Proficient in using social media platforms and content management systems.
