In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of engineering inventory, warehouse operations, and store control. We are looking for an individual who can ensure accurate record-keeping, strict compliance with stock handling procedures, and efficient coordination between the warehouse and engineering departments.

Your ability to oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of materials will directly impact our operational efficiency and cost control. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of engineering materials, spare parts, and general store items.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring all stock movements are properly documented.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to reconcile physical inventory with system data.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, storage standards, and company policies regarding hazardous materials.
- Coordinate with engineering and project teams to prioritize material requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Manage the organization of the warehouse, including shelving, labeling, and space optimization.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare reports to support procurement and inventory planning decisions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, or store management.
- Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO (First-In, First-Out) and stock rotation.
- Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
