ICON Bali Mall is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Deputy Project Manager to join our expanding development team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to the Project Manager, ensuring that our flagship projects in Bali are executed with precision, efficiency, and excellence.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between high-level project strategy and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with a background in engineering or large-scale retail development who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in managing stakeholders, monitoring site progress, and ensuring that our world-class facilities meet the highest standards of safety and quality.

Tanggung Jawab
- Support the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and closing phases of mall development projects.
- Coordinate between on-site contractors, architects, and internal stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor site operations to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Review project schedules and progress reports, identifying potential bottlenecks before they impact delivery.
- Manage project documentation, including permits, drawings, and change orders.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality control and adherence to design specifications.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and resource allocation plans.
- Facilitate effective communication across multi-disciplinary teams to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the retail or hospitality construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, local building codes, and safety standards in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to lead teams and resolve technical conflicts on-site effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable project insights.
