Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end management of collections and recovery projects
- Develop and implement strategic debt recovery plans
- Monitor KPIs including collection rates, aging reports, and recovery percentages
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure regulatory adherence
- Train and mentor junior staff on collection methodologies
- Generate comprehensive project reports for stakeholders
- Identify process improvements to enhance collection efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- 3+ years in collections/recovery project management
- Strong knowledge of FDCPA and financial regulations
- Proficiency in CRM and debt management software
- Proven track record in reducing DSO and bad debt
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience with cross-functional team leadership
- PMP or relevant project management certification preferred
