Tanggung Jawab
- Team Leadership: Direct and supervise security personnel to ensure optimal coverage and performance during shifts.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily security patrols, access control, and monitoring of surveillance systems.
- Protocol Enforcement: Enforce company policies and local laws to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Incident Response: Lead investigations into security breaches and coordinate immediate responses to emergencies.
- Coordination: Liaise with local law enforcement agencies and management regarding security matters.
- Training: Conduct regular training sessions for guards to enhance their skills and situational awareness.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed security reports and activity logs to senior management.
Kualifikasi
