Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor premises and enforce access control protocols to prevent unauthorized entry
- Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of facility grounds and production areas
- Respond promptly to security incidents, alarms, and emergency situations
- Investigate suspicious activities and prepare detailed incident reports
- Operate security systems including CCTV, alarms, and access control equipment
- Collaborate with local authorities and emergency services when required
- Implement and maintain company safety and security policies
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; security certification preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in security or law enforcement
- Valid security guard license (required by Indonesian regulations)
- Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response procedures
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia communication
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
