Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol designated areas regularly to ensure safety and security.
- Control access points by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches.
- Conduct regular security checks on building entrances, exits, and parking lots.
- Write detailed incident reports and log daily activities accurately.
- Assist visitors and employees with directions and inquiries.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement if necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Indonesian Security License (Izin Keamanan) is required.
- Previous experience as a security guard or military/police background is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Professional demeanor and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
