Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of production operators on assigned shifts to ensure targets are met.
- Monitor machine performance and production output, identifying and resolving operational bottlenecks or equipment issues promptly.
- Strategically assign and optimize manpower allocation based on shift requirements and production volume to maximize efficiency.
- Enforce strict adherence to company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards across all production activities.
- Conduct regular inspections of the production floor to ensure compliance with 5S and housekeeping standards.
- Prepare accurate shift handover reports, documenting production data, downtime, quality issues, and personnel matters.
- Mentor and coach junior operators, providing on-the-job training and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (tire industry experience is an advantage).
- Strong knowledge of production processes, machine operations, and quality control methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a team.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and health regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic ERP/MES systems.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
