Tanggung Jawab
- Provide strategic leadership and direction for all academic departments, programs, and faculties.
- Oversee the development, review, and enhancement of undergraduate and postgraduate curricula to ensure industry alignment.
- Drive initiatives in teaching innovation and modernize pedagogical practices.
- Foster a vibrant research culture and support faculty in securing research grants and publications.
- Ensure full compliance with national and international accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.
- Lead faculty recruitment, development, and performance management to build a high-performing academic team.
- Collaborate with university leadership and external stakeholders to strengthen institutional partnerships.
Kualifikasi
- PhD in a relevant field (Medicine, Nursing, Pharmacy, or Allied Health Sciences).
- Extensive experience (minimum 10+ years) in academic administration, preferably at a senior leadership level.
- A proven track record of research publications, grants, and academic leadership.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks and higher education accreditation bodies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic vision, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to inspire a diverse academic community.
