Are you a visionary leader with a passion for wildlife conservation and global tourism? Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a high-caliber Deputy Vice President, International Sales to spearhead our global commercial strategy. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our international expansion, curating world-class experiences that inspire travellers from every corner of the globe to engage with Mandai’s iconic wildlife parks.

You will lead a high-performing team to forge strategic partnerships with international travel trade partners, tourism boards, and global distribution platforms. We are looking for a strategic thinker who can marry sophisticated sales data with creative marketing initiatives to unlock new revenue streams. If you are an expert in navigating international markets and possess a deep commitment to sustainability and wildlife preservation, we want you to lead our sales division into its next chapter of growth.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive international sales strategies to drive revenue growth across key global markets.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed ambitious commercial targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level relationships with global travel agencies, airline partners, and international tourism wholesalers.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor insights to identify new opportunities for market penetration and brand visibility.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and finance teams to ensure a unified approach to global guest acquisition.
  • Represent Mandai Wildlife Group at global travel trade shows, industry conferences, and high-level stakeholder meetings.
  • Oversee the management of international sales budgets, ensuring optimal ROI across all distribution channels.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field; MBA is highly preferred.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of progressive experience in international sales management, preferably within the tourism, attractions, or hospitality sectors.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in international markets and managing large-scale commercial partnerships.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage remote or cross-border teams effectively.
  • Strong analytical acumen with proficiency in CRM platforms, sales forecasting, and market research tools.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at the C-suite level.
  • A deep-rooted passion for wildlife conservation and alignment with Mandai Wildlife Group’s mission and values.
