As a Design Architect, you'll drive the entire project lifecycle—from initial design requirements gathering to final coordination—ensuring structures meet functional, aesthetic, and regulatory standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead architectural design planning and project coordination from concept to completion
- Develop comprehensive design requirements and technical specifications for new structures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and regulatory compliance
- Conduct site analysis and integrate environmental considerations into design solutions
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for architectural deliverables
- Review and approve construction documents and design modifications
- Mentor junior architects and maintain quality control throughout design phases
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with professional licensure
- Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and BIM modeling tools
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and zoning regulations in Calabarzon
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on schedule
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and client presentations
- Portfolio demonstrating innovative design solutions and technical expertise
