Tanggung Jawab
- Consult with clients to understand design preferences, requirements, and budget constraints
- Develop comprehensive design concepts and proposals using industry-standard software
- Present design solutions to clients, including material selections and 3D visualizations
- Manage the sales process from initial consultation to project closing and beyond
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure design execution meets client expectations
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and sustainable practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design sales or client-facing design roles
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, etc.)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design and sales achievements
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Creative problem-solving ability with attention to detail
- Valid driving license for client site visits
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
