- Coordinate design documentation between architects, engineers, and contractors
- Review design plans for compliance with technical specifications and regulatory standards
- Manage design changes and ensure accurate implementation across project phases

- Facilitate design review meetings with stakeholders and resolve technical conflicts
- Maintain comprehensive design documentation and revision control systems

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in design coordination within construction
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM modeling software
- Strong understanding of Singaporean building codes and construction standards
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management
- Certification in project management (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred
