As our Design & Coordination Engineer, you will be the technical lead for drawing management and cross-functional collaboration. You will work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and our site teams to identify potential technical challenges before they manifest on-site. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate design drawings with internal teams and external consultants to ensure alignment with project requirements.
- Review technical documentation and identify discrepancies, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve design clashes.
- Lead and facilitate technical coordination meetings to streamline workflows between architectural, structural, and M&E disciplines.
- Monitor and track the status of shop drawings and construction sequences to prevent project delays.
- Provide on-site technical support to ensure that construction works are executed in strict accordance with approved drawings.
- Maintain accurate records of design revisions and ensure all stakeholders are working with the latest documentation.
- Proactively solve construction issues arising from design limitations or site constraints to maintain project momentum.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in design coordination or site engineering within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM (Building Information Modeling), and Revit is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of local building codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements in Singapore.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with consultants and sub-contractors.
- Proven ability to analyze complex technical problems and implement practical, cost-effective solutions.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed engineering plans and specifications with high accuracy.
