We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to develop client-focused interior solutions while managing projects from conception to completion. In this role, you'll collaborate with clients, designers, and production teams to ensure exceptional design execution and client satisfaction.
As a Design Coordinator at Philux, you'll have the opportunity to showcase your design expertise while honing your project management skills. You'll work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences, translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs, and oversee the implementation process to ensure quality and timely delivery.
We offer a competitive salary range of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development in the thriving design industry. Tanggung Jawab
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements, preferences, and budget constraints
- Develop innovative and functional interior design solutions that align with client needs
- Create detailed design plans, specifications, and material selections for each project
- Manage end-to-end project execution, including scheduling, coordination, and quality control
- Communicate effectively with clients, designers, and production teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare and present design concepts, proposals, and progress reports to clients
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Stay updated on current design trends, materials, and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in interior design or project coordination
- Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and client solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite)
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
