Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and synchronize architectural, structural, and M&E design drawings to resolve potential clashes before site commencement.
- Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams to ensure design compliance.
- Manage the flow of design information, including RFI submissions and shop drawing approvals.
- Participate in design review meetings to provide technical feedback and cost-effective solutions.
- Monitor design progress against the master project schedule to ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Ensure all design documentation adheres to local authorities' standards and building codes.
- Conduct site visits to verify the actual build-ability of design concepts.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in design coordination or project management within a main contractor environment.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate multi-disciplinary collaboration.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for technical detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple project priorities simultaneously.
