Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings for ID fit-out projects with high accuracy.
- Prepare precise joinery drawings, including dimensions, materials, and assembly details.
- Collaborate with project managers and architects to refine design concepts into technical plans.
- Revise and update drawings based on site feedback and client requirements.
- Ensure all drawings and technical documentation comply with local building codes and safety standards.
- Prepare shop drawings for fabrication to ensure smooth construction workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an ID Drafter or Design Coordinator in the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Revit.
- Deep understanding of joinery detailing and interior construction materials.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
