- Define and drive the overarching product design strategy, aligning aesthetic excellence with intuitive user experiences and engineering feasibility.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, UX researchers, and UI experts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management, Engineering, and executive stakeholders to define the product roadmap and translate business goals into actionable design solutions.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of our scalable enterprise-grade design system.
- Advocate for user-centered design methodologies, ensuring robust user testing, research, and data-driven insights guide every phase of product development.
- Establish design standards, quality benchmarks, and best practices across all digital touchpoints.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Engineering, or a related creative field.
- 8+ years of digital product design experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or directorial capacity managing high-performing design teams.
- An outstanding portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design lifecycle, strategic UX leadership, and shipped digital products.
- Expert-level proficiency in industry-standard design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong technical literacy and deep understanding of how design integrates with modern front-end engineering technologies.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to pitch complex design concepts to executive-level leadership.
