Tanggung Jawab
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using CAD software.
- Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to refine project designs.
- Prepare and revise technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Conduct site measurements and assist in site visits when necessary.
- Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes and regulations.
- Maintain an organized filing system for all project documents.
- Assist in the preparation of tender documents and material specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Civil Engineering.
- Proven experience as a Drafter or Designer in the construction or architectural industry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent spatial visualization skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Knowledge of Malaysian construction standards and regulations is a plus.
