Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex 3D models and detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
- Program and optimize CNC toolpaths to enhance manufacturing precision and cycle time.
- Design and fabricate prototypes to validate product specifications and functionality.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve manufacturing challenges and implement design improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, including BOMs, engineering change orders, and quality inspection reports.
- Support the selection and implementation of advanced CAD/CAM software tools and workflows.
- Ensure all designs comply with industry safety standards and operational specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Mastercam, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, materials, and tooling.
- Ability to interpret complex technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
