Tanggung Jawab
- Develop detailed engineering designs and specifications according to project requirements
- Create and modify technical drawings using CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability
- Conduct design analysis and testing to ensure product performance and reliability
- Research and implement new design technologies and methodologies to improve efficiency
- Prepare design documentation, including bills of materials and assembly instructions
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in engineering design
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering design or a similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate technical concepts clearly
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to engineering design
- Experience with product lifecycle management (PLM) systems is a plus
