Tanggung Jawab
- Design and create detailed 2D and 3D technical drawings for jigs, fixtures, and custom tooling using CAD software.
- Collaborate effectively with production and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and adherence to quality standards.
- Conduct stress analysis and design reviews to guarantee product durability and safety in various operational environments.
- Develop and maintain accurate engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOMs) and assembly instructions.
- Identify and troubleshoot design issues during the prototyping and testing phases to resolve bottlenecks.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and implement best practices to continuously improve design processes.
- Assist in the modification and improvement of existing tooling to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in designing mechanical products, specifically jigs, fixtures, and tooling.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or Inventor.
- Strong working knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic understanding of manufacturing materials and machining processes.
