Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design and development of mechanical components and systems using advanced CAD software.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturing specifications for production.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of prototypes to ensure product performance, safety, and durability.
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to optimize designs for cost, weight, and functionality.
- Participate in regular design reviews and provide technical solutions to complex engineering challenges.
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Manage design documentation and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a design engineering role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
- Strong understanding of materials science, manufacturing processes, and mechanical principles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
