Tanggung Jawab
- Design and optimize jigs, fixtures, and CNC machining tooling for manufacturing processes
- Develop comprehensive design plans, engineering drawings, and technical documentation
- Collaborate with production, machining, and on-site teams to ensure manufacturability
- Implement design improvements to enhance production stability and efficiency
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical support to manufacturing teams
- Research and integrate new technologies and methodologies in tooling design
- Monitor tool performance and implement corrective actions when needed
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in tooling design, jigs, and fixtures
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, CATIA)
- Strong understanding of CNC machining processes and manufacturing principles
- Experience with GD&T and tolerance analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of material science and manufacturing processes
