Join Enovell's dynamic engineering team as a Design Engineer and play a pivotal role in revolutionizing fiber optic infrastructure across Metro Manila. This position offers the unique opportunity to lead Outside Plant (OSP) route surveys and develop cutting-edge Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and Fiber-to-the-Building (FTTB) designs that align with industry best practices and construction standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive OSP route surveys to identify optimal fiber pathways and assess terrain constraints
- Create detailed FTTH/FTTB engineering designs using industry-standard software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D)
- Develop construction methodologies ensuring compliance with Philippine National Telecommunications Commission standards
- Collaborate with field teams to validate designs and resolve implementation challenges
- Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and material specifications for network deployments
- Perform site visits to verify design feasibility and adjust plans based on field conditions
- Stay updated on emerging fiber optic technologies and construction innovations
- Generate technical documentation including as-built drawings and compliance reports
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OSP design or fiber optic network engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and fiber optic design tools
- Certification in FTTH/FTTB design methodologies (e.g., FTTx Council, IEEE)
- Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and construction techniques
- Experience with network planning software (e.g., Bentley, Bentley OpenRail)
- Ability to interpret land survey data and topographical maps
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to technical details
