Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed production drawings and technical specifications using CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Collaborate directly with customers to understand engineering requirements and provide ongoing technical support.
- Manage and process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery timelines.
- Handle overseas assignments and coordinate effectively with international teams for seamless project execution.
- Review and validate engineering designs to ensure strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all engineering projects and design revisions.
- Assist in troubleshooting design-related issues during the manufacturing and production phases.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent professional experience).
- Proficient in using computer-aided design (CAD) tools and engineering software.
- Strong understanding of precision engineering principles, manufacturing processes, and tolerances.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with international clients and internal stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple orders and handle complex overseas assignments simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
