As a pioneer in the coachbuilding sector, we pride ourselves on engineering excellence, safety, and innovation in bus body design.
In this role, you will be at the heart of our technical department, transforming complex requirements into high-performance structural designs. You will work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure that every bus we produce meets the highest international safety standards while pushing the boundaries of aesthetic and structural integrity.

Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop innovative bus body structures, frames, and complex sub-assemblies.
- Create detailed 2D technical drawings and 3D CAD models for manufacturing and assembly processes.
- Conduct structural integrity analysis and stress testing to ensure compliance with transport safety regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues during the prototyping and production phases.
- Select and specify appropriate high-strength materials to optimize weight and structural durability.
- Manage engineering documentation, including Bill of Materials (BOM) and technical specifications.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and design quality.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of professional experience in structural design, preferably within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry.
- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD is highly preferred).
- Strong understanding of mechanical properties of materials (steel, aluminum, composites).
- Knowledge of vehicle safety standards and manufacturing processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.
