Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed civil and structural design drawings and specifications for various construction projects.
- Conduct rigorous structural analysis and modeling using industry-standard software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, or AutoCAD).
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure design compliance and site feasibility.
- Perform site inspections and provide technical support during the construction phase to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes, safety regulations, and international engineering standards.
- Prepare comprehensive technical reports, feasibility studies, and documentation for client reviews.
- Assist in the review of structural designs for optimization, cost-efficiency, and sustainability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in structural design within a consultancy environment.
- Proficiency in structural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, or structural analysis tools).
- In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, or local Malaysian building regulations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to coordinate with external stakeholders and internal teams.
- BEM (Board of Engineers Malaysia) registration or working towards Professional Engineer (PE) status is highly desirable.
