In this role, you'll leverage advanced engineering principles to design resilient infrastructure systems, ensuring compliance with Singapore's stringent building codes and sustainability requirements. You'll work closely with multidisciplinary teams to translate conceptual designs into executable blueprints, balancing aesthetic vision with structural integrity. Your contributions will directly impact the safety, functionality, and longevity of commercial, residential, and industrial projects across the island.
Tanggung Jawab
- Design and analyze civil/structural systems using industry-standard software (ETABS, SAP2000, AutoCAD)
- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculation reports
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Authority (BCA) codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and clients during project development phases
- Conduct site inspections and provide technical support during construction
- Optimize designs for cost-effectiveness, sustainability, and constructability
- Review and approve engineering submissions from external consultants
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of relevant design experience
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design software
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes and standards
- Professional registration (PE/PEI) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience with commercial/residential building projects
